Refund policy

Custom & Special Orders  The Stockton Mill, we specialize in custom-built furniture made to your specific dimensions and requirements. Because materials are purchased and items are handcrafted to your unique specifications, all custom and special orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items once production has begun.

Standard Items For non-custom, "ready-to-ship" items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or if there is a mistake in the build on our end, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
