All four beds to be standard xl twin size and not included in the price. These are made for 10" mattresses.
Special ordered beds to have the posts and skirts and safety rails like the photos. To all be the same height and to wrap around the top bunks with Caps at the tops.
The cubbies in the vertical beadboard headboard will have outlets/usb chargers and lighting and to be similar to shown.
To include 2 drawer furniture grade bases.
Bunks to come with storage drawer stairs. All uprights and verticals to have the added trim, including all drawers.
