This to be a twin over twin size "L"shaped quad bunk beds. Your going to get 2 sets of bunks (4 total beds). This is to have dimensional lumber for the base framework with some hardwood highlights on the front face. One set of residential style stairwell. The safety rails to be solid and extend from the stairs to each side.
Over all footprint from the corner to the closet is 104" and from the corner towards the bath to be 144" (including the stairwell). This piece is being made specifically for adults and will be constructed with added screws for safety/longevity.
White is the color of the bed unless customer states otherwise. The base around the bottom to be solid 1.5" pine and furniture grade plywood-safety rails to be similar. You must supply your own twin mattresses.
