Whether you are looking to maximize a corner or a single long wall, our builds are designed for permanence and structural truth.

The Corner L-Unit: Strategic Minimums

For a high-capacity corner configuration, we’ve established strict engineering minimums to ensure both safety and flow. This setup is perfect for maximizing "dead" corner space while providing a professional, built-in look.

• Minimum Long Wall: 138 inches

• Minimum Short Wall: 95 inches

• Includes: Integrated 15-inch staircase and 15-inch landing.

The Linear System: One-Wall Efficiency

If your room layout favors a single wall, our linear high-capacity units (Twin over Twin) provide a massive sleeping footprint without encroaching on the rest of the room’s floor plan.

• Minimum Footprint: 172 inches wide by 42 inches deep.

• Includes: Integrated 15-inch staircase.

Built to Your Walls

It is important to note that while we have these minimums to ensure structural integrity and accessibility, we are not limited by them. The maximum size is governed only by what your specific walls can handle. We design to the scale of your home, ensuring that every inch of available space is utilized efficiently.

The Stockton Mill Standard

As a 3rd-generation woodworker, I focus on the "Law of the Build." We don't use adjustable pins or temporary fasteners. Every unit features:

• Fixed Shelving: A standard of 3 fixed shelves per unit (never implied, always included).

• All-Age Rated: Engineered to support adults and children with equal security.

• Exclusive Commissions: To maintain this level of technical precision, we only accept 6 major commissions per year.
