Elegant Utah Quad "L" Bunkbeds

This L-shaped twin xl quad bunk configuration is  perfect for your Air bnb, condo, guest house, or your grandchildren. It has the solid round safety rails for the top bunks and comes complete with the large residential steps and the designer bottom skirts around the bottom beds. 

The configuration is Twin XL's on the left with Twin XL/Queen on the right.

This specific set of beds comes with a canopy that sets at the 94" overall height.  See the photo below. The optional ceiling  shown in the photos is sold seperatly.

This set also has large cubbies built into each of the bunk ends with outlets, switches, and built in lights.

Your new L-shaped quad Bunks can be painted as shown or can be stained your choice of colors. 

 Comes standard with Bunky covers for the top bunks complete enclosure from the bottom side so no bed slats are shown in this clean modern design .  Mattresses not included.
