2026 Commission Schedule & Build Slots
To maintain our standard of architectural precision, The Stockton Mill accepts only SIX major bunk bed commissions per calendar year. 

-- First-Come, First-Served: Your purchase secures the next available slot on our 2026 Build Calendar.
-- The "Green Light" Rule: If you request a delay (due to flooring, paint, etc.), your project will be moved out of its original slot and rescheduled based on the date we receive your final "green light" to proceed.

Craftsmanship & Design
Each Lake Ozark suite is hand-built in our Attica, Kansas shop. This design is engineered with a massive, built-in presence, featuring a clean modern face with upper bunk headboards and hardwood highlights.

-- Tech Specs: Minimum wall length required is 174" with a 15" stairwell. Overall height is 94".
-- High-Capacity Engineering: Features a reinforced 3/4" "H" construction framework designed specifically for maximum structural integrity and weight capacity.
-- Interior Finish: Enclosed upper bunk bottoms provide a clean, finished architectural look from below.
