To maintain our standard of architectural precision, The Stockton Mill accepts only SIX major bunk bed commissions per calendar year.

-- The "Green Light" Rule: If you request a delay (due to flooring, paint, etc.), your project will be moved out of its original slot and rescheduled based on the date we receive your final "green light" to proceed.

-- **Minimum Wall Requirements**: 11' 8" (140") for the long wall; 104" for the short wall. 
-- **Spatial Engineering**: If your walls are exactly 11' 8" (140"), the beds will run exactly corner-to-corner with that 20" gap. A 12' wall provides additional "breathing room" for the installation.
-- **Overall Height**: 84".
-- **Access**: Standard ladder designed to fit snugly between beds (Storage stairwell upgrade available).
