By positioning the Queen foundations perpendicular to the Twin XL uppers, we’ve created a "High-End Guest Retreat" that feels expansive and deliberate. 

2026 Commission Schedule & Build Slots
To maintain our standard of architectural precision, The Stockton Mill accepts only SIX major bunk bed commissions per calendar year. 

-- First-Come, First-Served: Your purchase secures the next available slot on our 2026 Build Calendar.
-- The "Green Light" Rule: If you request a delay (due to flooring, paint, etc.), your project will be moved out of its original slot and rescheduled based on the date we receive your final "green light" to proceed.

Hand-built in our Attica, Kansas shop, The Nautical features a heavy-duty dimensional lumber framework with refined hardwood highlights.
